Soulfit Wellness Institute is a boutique studio in Salisbury offering small intimate Yoga classes.

With our Yoga classes being limited to no more than 14 people, our instructors are able to adjust classes to your level and progression.                                            There is  a range of styles catering for the beginner or intermediate experience level.

You will love our Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Alignment and Deep Stretch, classes.

All equipment is provided, however, if you would like to bring your mat, you are welcome.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Kathie
KathieYoga Instructor
Kathie has been practicing yoga since 2008. Her primary practice during that time has been Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga is a strong flowing practice that places emphasis on the breath to move the body and calm the mind. She also has experience in a number of other styles, which she weaves into her classes to complement the needs of the students. These including hatha, vinyasa, and yin. Kathie has a PhD in psychology and has been trained to make her classes trauma aware. This means the classes are taught in a way that encourage the students to develop a sense of empowerment in their practice. Overall, she aims to hold space as people build both mental and physical strength, and dive deeply into self-discovery.
Chris
ChrisYoga Instructor
Chris is a motivated and passionate Yoga and Mindfulness teacher with advanced training and specialisation in mindfulness meditation and Vinyasa yoga principles. He is inspired to help others improve mind and body health and well-being. For many years he understood the benefits of meditation, but it was when he added yoga to his life that he found mind & body balance. Combining a love for awareness, mindfulness and yoga with being a school teacher, Chris has developed classes, workshops, retreats and programs to build strength, flexibility and balance for both the mind and body. Assisting others to find yoga and mental clarity is his passion and a great gift to offer as we move towards happier and healthier lives.
Samantha
SamanthaYoga Instructor
Samantha first came to yoga with the intention of self healing and exploration. Through this process she has found a love and passion for her life which has allowed her to start living a more balanced and authentic lifestyle. Through combining yoga with her other passions in life, like travel, she has had the privilege to explore the world and yoga together, completely immersing herself in the yogic lifestyle in other countries like Peru, Bali and India. Samantha recently visited India where she completed her training with traditional Indian teachers in an ashram setting. Samantha is also really passionate about the breath and she uses this throughout her practice to help comfortably move deeper into the pose, release stress and create more meditation, leaving you feeling deeply connected to your mind and body.
